Wallace Family

The first member of our Wallace family line to come to Canada was James Wallace, born about Feb 1815 in Cupar, Fifeshire, Scotland. He was married to Christina Henderson, born  20 Oct 1821, in Scotland, I am not sure at this time just where she was born. They were married 8 May 1852 in St Andrews and St. Leonards, Fifeshire, Scotland.

They must have come to Canada shortly after they were married and they settled  their homestead located  outside of the town of Wingham, Turnbury Twp, Huron County, Ontario, Canada.
Their first son James was born 6 September 1856 , Turnbury Twp, Huron County, Ontario, Canada. Two more sons were born, Andrew in 1858 and David Henderson, born 16 Jan 1862.
